Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days when items are in stock, or 7–14 business days if an item is temporarily out of stock or requires special ordering (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during periods of high demand, public holidays, or postal disruptions, processing and delivery times may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by An Post and are subject to potential postal or customs delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking details within five (5) days of dispatch, please contact us at info@neven-group.com for assistance.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Neven Online Retail is not responsible for these charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these costs and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Damages and Lost Parcels
Neven Online Retail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items as evidence when submitting your claim.
